I would like to commend you, and your company for hiring such a stellar team. My 88 year old mother fell, and broke her hip in Palm Springs, had surgery and was hospitalized immediately. She has been using Alta Home Care, for now. In the midst of all the anguish and sleepless nights, Valerie must be commended for keeping me level-headed and navigating and calculating the VA Home Care hours needed which my mother is using now. I live in Los Angeles, and Palm Springs is two hours away from me. Val went the extra mile to get my mother’s hours released, and Shelly was extremely accommodating and supportive.
